How long does shipping take? 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may extend to 2–5 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days within the United States and 10–21 business days internationally.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 within the United States and select international regions. Eligibility is automatically applied at checkout where available.

My order says delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do? 

Please contact us and we will review the tracking details and assist where possible.

What if I entered the wrong address? 

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
