Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing, fit, or personal preference. If your order arrives with an issue, we will work to make it right. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product details and size chart before purchasing.

Eligible claims are limited to defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival to ensure everything meets expectations.

To assist with your claim, please include:

  • Order number 
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging 
  • A brief description of the issue 

Items submitted for review must be unused and in their original condition. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Once verified, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. If the original item is unavailable, an equivalent replacement may be offered.

MISSING ITEMS

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once verified, the missing item will be shipped at no additional cost.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS

We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size or product selection 
  • Change of mind or personal preference 
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered 
  • Damage caused by improper care or normal wear 
  • Orders placed incorrectly at checkout 
  • Final sale or promotional items unless defective

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only in rare situations where a replacement cannot be provided.

DELIVERY-RELATED CONCERNS

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered, or cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to guarantee replacement or refund.
